Shipping and Delivery
Standard in-stock products will have a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday).
For custom-made products (such as personalizing with an embroidered name or text; cushion and blanket design according to your own interior) we will give you a price quote and estimated delivery time in advance. You can contact us via [email protected] for the details.
Purchases above €50 are free of shipping costs.
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free above €50. Purchases under €50 will cost €4,50 for shipping. For an exact calculation, you can go through the checkout for the most accurate and up-to-date representation of the costs. You will always see the total costs before you place an order.

Track your shipment
Once we have dispatched your order you will receive a track & trace e-mail. In this e-mail you will receive a tracking code and link to the delivery company with which you can follow the shipment.
Package not received
If you haven't received your package, please check for the following:
Check the track & trace code
In our shipping confirmation you have received a link to the track & trace data of your package. See the status of your shipment here. Maybe the delivery driver is unexpectedly delayed or the package is waiting for you at a pickup point.
Check the delivery address
Is the delivery address you provided correct?
Check your post box
Check to see if you have received a note in your post box from the delivery driver. Maybe you were not at home during the first attempt.
